MUMBAI: Aasiya Kazi who was last seen in Tenali Rama has finally after a few months of contemplation taken the plunge to launch her YouTube channel. Aasiya shares, "I wasn't very sure initially to commence with a YouTube channel as one needs to be consistent and very active in producing content at least every week. It isn't a easy task to come up with content every week for your audience and you also have to keep a tab and keep adapting to the content that's loved by your viewers. It is also quite time consuming as it requires one to be absolutely active and alert about what's trending, and thus I was rethinking about it. When you are doing a daily soap, you don't get time to do anything so I was a little unsure if I will be able to give time to it. But after Tenali Rama I got a break and time so we have created content and we shall keep producing content so that even when I am doing a daily soap, the channel isn't stalled. One of the major reasons for this channel is my niece, she is a natural when it comes to being in front of camera and acting. I really loved making videos with her in lockdown and people loved our content, our videos, so that's where the idea of a YouTube channel was initiated. On Television you play one character for a long period of time thus your scope of creativity is limited. So if you have your own platform it gives you a free hand to explore new avenues and put your creativity to use. So I am really looking forward to it and I hope my fans love it. So for now my fans can see me on their mobile screen and very very soon on their TV screens too."
