We’ve been at the forefront of reporting updates about the Sony SAB show Madam Sir.

Earlier in the day, we broke the news about actor Rahil Azam being roped in to play the male lead in the show. (Read here: Hatim fame Rahil Azam to play the male lead in SAB TV’s Maddam Sir)

Now, the latest update is that actress Amika Shail of Laxmii and Gandii Baat 5 fame will be seen in Madam Sir.

Sources tell us that Amika will feature in a cameo and will play the character of a Naagin in the show.

We contacted Amika, and she confirmed the buzz.

The show has managed to keep viewers entertained with its light-hearted and value-driven content. It stars Gulki Joshi, Sonali Naik, and Yukti Kapoor in the lead roles, and addresses social issues through the eyes of four dynamic women police officers who take every challenge as it comes and solve cases with passion and determination. 

Madam Sir is produced by Jay Mehta and Kinnari Mehta under the banner of Jay Mehta Productions.
