Anuj Sachdev says ta-ta bye bye to Bebo

Model turned actor Anuj Sachdev made his debut on the small screen with Sabki Ladli Bebo. While his character of Amrit became popular and even the show initially got good numbers, of late its future has been uncertain. Now the latest development is Anuj has finally taken a decision to bid goodbye to his first ever show. A source from the show says, “Anuj has been thinking of quitting the show for many days but he was still hoping that his track would come in focus, which did not happen. Amrit and Bebo’s love track is not going to start at this moment while in fact, the creative team is planning to knock off his character. Since there are chances of the show shifting into the noon slot, we want to bring in a high point in the show which will happen next week.” Bebo is expected to get the 2.30pm slot to make way for Balaji’s Tere Liye. “Amrit will be killed in the show and a new male lead will be soon joining the cast. We have not finalised any name yet. Anuj is expected to finish his shoot next week and the show might shift to the new slot from June 7,” our source adds. Sachdev confirms this news and says, “I have informed the production house about it. I am planning to take a break for some time as soon as I will finish my shoot and after that I will look for something more challenging.” The current focus of the story is on Goldie’s character and then it will lead towards Amrit’s death sequence, which is expected to be on air by next weekend.
