MUMBAI:Anupamaa is one of the most loved serials on television and is number one on the TRP charts, as the storyline is gripping and relatable.
One of the main reasons the show is so successful is because of the camaraderie and good bonding among the co-stars, which is seen behind the scenes of the serial.
The audiences love the acting chops of Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, and Sudhanshu Pandey, as they make the scenes and characters look real.
But the USP of the show is the supporting cast who does such a brilliant job that the acting and emotions look so real.
Recently, the track took a U–turn when the character of Samar came to an end and they showed him dead when he was shot in a pub while saving Anuj.
Along with this track, there are too many other things that are also going on like Pakhi’s fertility issue, Toshu and Pakhi going aboard to settle down, The fight with Suresh and how the goons are attacking the Shah family, and Malti Devi wanting to take over the Kapadia mansion and business.
There are a lot of things happening in the show which is confusing the audience and they are unable to understand which plot to be connected to.
The audience feels that the story should have only first focused on Samar’s issue and then move on to another.

Check out what the audience had to say :
Kavita Shah: To be honest I feel the serial is losing its plot. There is so much happening in the show, from Samar’s death, Pakhi fertility issue, Toshu – Kinjal shifting, Vanraj’s mental breakdown that as viewers we are getting confused and are unable to understand what is happening and thus, the TRPs are dropping.
Karan Singh: This is what a proper television serial is, where there is much drama and twists and turns. I don’t think the audience should get confused as the storyline is shown in a good way plus it’s entertaining.
Priya Saren : I am too lost in so many plots of the serial and I think the writers should focus on one issue and then jump to another as it would keep the audience more hooked on to the show. I feel because there is so much happening in the show the TRPs have fallen a bit.
Kabir Malhotra: I don’t find the plot too much I feel it is fine as per the definition of television daily soap and I don’t think this could be the reason for the drop in TRPs.
Naina Kappor : I feel at times it is fine to have too many plots together but then it can confuse the audience as to what is happening. But for me, it's fine, and I feel ups and downs happen in TRP ratings and it’s just for the first time. Next week I’m sure it’ll jump back to number one.
Well, there is no doubt that the audience loves to watch the show but feels somewhere too much is happening and would like the makers to focus on one issue so that it avoids confusion.
