Arjun Bijlani’s balancing act

MUMBAI: Actor Arjun Bijlani has his plate full at the moment. The actor is simultaneously shooting for two shows - Kitchen Champion, which he is hosting, and Ishq Mein Marjawan, where he plays the role of Deep Raj Singh. However, the actor isn’t complaining. “I think my shows are a little heavy. They are full of thriller and action. So, I thought hosting will make the atmosphere light and will balance things out. I love hosting too. Acting is something which I am very passionate about. I love to play my character in Ishq Mein Marjawan. Hosting is fun as well and it has more of me. It makes me feel more alive too and boosts my spirits. Hosting is something where I am myself and I am not playing a character. Right now, I am enjoying doing both,” says the actor.

What do you think about Arjun Bijlani?

He adds, “Hosting gives provides you with an opportunity to really connect with your audience. They get to know you more. You get to be who you are and not your character. Acting and hosting both are very tough to do and I am glad I am getting to do both together.”
