MUMBAI: Whenever there is a new entry in a show the excitement of the audience rises, knowing the fact a new entry brings a lot more twist and turns in a show. To keep the audience on the edge of their seats Sony Entertainment Television’s Vighnaharta Ganesh will be seeing two new entries. Atul Verma and Athar Siddiqui who are very popular on the small screen, would be essaying a role of twin evil brothers Narantak and Devantak.
Atul and Athar in past has been part of many memorable shows and have proved their presence and acting skill from all the characters they have played. The actors believe doing mythological shows and negative characters will help them to improvise themselves as actors. In the show the audience would watch how the evil brothers will capture all the loks and to end their crime, Lord Ganesha would take the avatar of Vinayak.
Athar Siddiqui would be playing an aggressive character as Devantak, shares his experience, “ Doing mythological shows are always more interesting and challenging. Especially if you are playing a negative role. As an actor you get so many shades to experiment with like your body language, dialogue delivery etc.

Atul Verma who would be seen in the role of Narantak, is sly amongst both the brothers said “Working with a reputed channel and a production house is always a great opportunity. I was so happy to come on the sets after 4-5 months and playing such a strong character is like an icing on the cake. Whenever I take up a role I try to study the character in and out, similar thing I did with this role as well. It really helped me to get into the skin of the character and I hope audience appreciates my work in this show.
