Baa Bahoo aur Baby returns in a new look

Birju and Baby
Season one of popular family drama Baa Bahoo aur Baby concluded abruptly leaving its viewers gasping for more. Finally the wait is over as the show is back with its second season. The show will be back on 23 August at 8:00 pm and will be a bi-weekly which will air every Saturday and Sunday. The characters of the show like Meenakshi bhabhi, Gattu bhai, Leela bhabhi, Baby and Birju became an extended family to the loyal viewers who used to watch show avidly. The show is back in a new avatar with a refreshing look. Though this time viewers will only feel the absence of veteran Lubna Salim who captured our hearts with her portrayal of Leela bhabhi. The actress has been replaced by theatre artist Anjali Mukhi. Informs a source, “The show has entered its second season and will be launching on 23 August at 8:00 pm. This time BBB will focus on the marital life of Baby and Birju but this doesn’t mean that the other cast will lose their sheen as Hats Off is known for focusing on all the characters of their shows. BBB will be in a new look and we are sure about repeating history as the show will be a success.” An upbeat Rajesh Kumar said, “This is history in the making as this will be first television soap that will come back with its second season. We have seen seasons of reality shows but never for any fiction so it is an achievement in itself.” Talking about the look of the show, the actor says, “Baa Bahoo aur Baby is back in a new feel. The costume and other aspects of the production are updated. The show will retain its flavour but will be seen in an even more interesting form.” Given the power-packed performers and a new look, the show sure is worth the wait.
