MUMBAI: She says, "My mother is someone I love the most. And during Eid wherever I'm I try to return home to be with her. Not just for festival food and celebration but a special reason behind is my mom is somebody who can handle my mehndi madness and it is such a blessing. For every Eid she puts beautiful designs on my hands and this has been happening since childhood. I believe Eid mehndi adorns the hands and life takes on a new color. I enjoy flaunting my hands and I feel that gives me a complete festive look."
Talking about her Eid celebration, Arshi adds, "Eid celebration holds a great significance in my life, after the month of Ramadan we break our long-time fast during this festival with much fervour, cheer, and joy. People across hold huge feasts where everyone celebrates their beloved rituals with traditional food, sweets, and more. Every year I keep my fast but this year I could not after testing positive for covid-19. But I remember and offer my prayers each day."
