We had earlier confirmed that Balika Vadhu is all set to come back with season 2 soon which will be bankrolled by Sphere Origins. The show's first season worked wonders on the small screens and after a long gap, the makers are set to be back with the second season.

We had earlier informed you that actors like Ketki Dave and Seema Mishra likely to be roped in for Balika Vadhu2. Tellychakkar.com also reported that Mehul Buch has been roped in for the show.  We now have information that Sunny Pancholi will also be a part of the show and will play a significant role. Sunny has worked predominantly in Bollywood. Sunny's previous film to hit the theatres was Turning Point in the year 2018.

Balika Vadhu was a show about how married into an affluent family at a tender age, a child bride, Anandi, struggles to cope with the traditions. She overcomes multiple personal struggles to emerge as an example for rural women. The show aired on Colors TV between 21 July 2008 and 31 July 2016 and ran for 2245 episodes becoming the longest-running Indian television series on Colors TV.
