Ranaji would have been earlier married to an extremely beautiful princess who is now dead. Her memories would have clouded him so much, that her sheer absence from his life would have made him a bit stone-hearted.
Well, coming to the actress playing the part – Jayna Tida, a newbie to television will be playing the role. But Jayna is not new in facing the camera at all.
She has been a British Indian actor, model and dancer from the United Kingdom. In fact, the girl played the part of Ayesha Merchant in ‘The Merchants of Bollywood’ Musical where she essayed the role of a classical dancer and choreographer. She has also been the face of many popular TV commercials.
Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani will be her debut show on Indian Television, and we hear that the girl is extremely geared up to be part of it.
As per our source, “Her character will be that of a princess by birth. She would be Ranaji’s childhood sweetheart, having grown up being extremely close with him. Ranaji would have seen her as his equal in every way, and in every walk of life.”
