Channel [V]’s ‘Mega Mondays’ to provide double dose of drama

Channel [V] has always provided its viewers with some out-of-the box shows, which caters to the tastes and desires of the youth. ‘Mega Mondays’, the new block that has been introduced by the channel will henceforth give a double dose of drama in a mega one hour episode of one of its four popular shows every week. The entertaining concept which began on 24 June (Monday) with Crazy Stupid Ishq (Sphere Origins) aired an entertaining sequence where Ayaan (Vishal Vashishtha) is torn between getting engaged to Miral (the girl chosen for him by his mother) and Anushka (Heeba Nawab), the girl he is in love with. The episode also saw the introduction of Ishaan (Harsh Rajput), Ayaan’s younger brother who will change the dynamics of Ayaan and Anushka’s relationship in due course of time. Moving on, 1 July 2013 will see a one hour Mega Monday episode of Dil Dostii Dance (Cinevistaas Ltd) wherein the D3 gang makes an entry to the biggest competition ground - the NDC (National Dance Competition). The episode kicks off with NDC starting and Rey (Kunwar Amarjeet Singh) getting a shocker from Taani (Vrinda Dawda) as a result of which he may or may not make it to the NDC venue . It's followed up with a dramatic week where at the end of NDC, D3 gets the biggest shock of their life. The week after that, 8 July will see the Mega Monday being focussed on The Buddy Project (Sunshine Productions) followed by Suvreen Guggal – Topper of the Year (Fable Tree Pictures and 4 Lions Films) on the 15th of July and the cycle would start again.
