CID has helped me grow as an individual – Gaurav Khanna

 Gaurav-khanna
Gaurav Khanna has been loved for his boy-next-door roles in Bhabhi and Kumkum. He also managed to impress the audience with his lead role as Ruhaan Oberoi in Meri Doli Tere Angana. In an attempt to try something distinguished, the fine-looking man is currently seen in one of the longest running shows, Sony TV’s CID as a senior inspector. With Tellychakkar.com, Gaurav got chatty as he discussed his pleasure to be associated with CID. Said Gaurav, “As people know, I essay a no-nonsense, senior inspector, Kavin in the show. I was very skeptical whether to take up the show or not as getting into the skin of the romantic character comes naturally to me, as situations are more dramatized. Action was something which was untapped and Fireworks Productions gave me an opportunity to do so.” Interesting… Ask him about his experience shooting for the show and working with his co-actors and he elaborated, “CID is a big show and the actors are brands. Yet, when I met them, they were extremely down to earth. I was astonished as it is very rare to see actors being their humble best, especially after climbing heights of fame and success. I have grown up watching them and it is an honor to share screen space with them.” “I feel so much at home here, it’s almost like coming for a picnic every day. CID has helped me grow as an individual,” he added. Good going Gaurav!!!
