Colors TV's Namak Issk Ka shoot to shift to Hyderabad amid Maharashtra's strict shooting norms

MUMBAI: With once again a rise in the number of COVID-19 cases, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray announced last night (Tuesday) a curfew from April 14 (8 PM) to May 1 (7 AM). Touted as 'Break the chain', the Maharashtra Government has announced stricter restrictions to control the spread of the virus. With this, the Entertainment industry has once again come to a standstill and the shootings will not happen for the next 15 days. However, as they say, the show must go on, few production houses are chalking out a plan and some have already decided to shift their base.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Gashmeer Mahajani, Sumbul Touqeer and Mayuri Deshmukh starrer Imlie produced by Four Lion's Production and Shivangi Khedkar and Sai Ketan Rao's Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali produced by SOL Productions and Sandiip Films have decided to shift their shooting location to Hyderabad's Ramoji Rao Studio.

Now we hear that Four Lions Films yet another show produced by Karishma Jain is set to shift its base to Hyderabad.

Our sources tell us the producers are not ready to make the show suffer due to the strict lockdown rules in the state of Maharashtra and hence have decided to shift base to Hyderabad.

The entire cast and crew of the show will be travelling to Hyderabad very soon and are all set to resume the shoot afresh from there.

The show has Aditya Ojha, Shruti Sharma and Bigg Boss fame Monalisa playing the main roles.

The show has left no stone unturned to keep the viewers hooked to the screens.

The intriguing storyline has always left the audiences curious and wanting for more.

We have seen how Yug and Kahani have faced a lot of hurdles till now. Their relationship faces lots of ups and downs. Also, several misunderstandings cropped between them which kept both of them apart.

It would be interesting to see the show in an all new location now.

Stay tuned to this space for more updates and gossips.
