Kanwar Dhillon aka Shiva Pandya and Alice Kaushik aka Raavi Pandya is the most loved on-screen couple in the show. On 15th March fans and the entire cast celebrated Kanwar's Birthday. He received many gifts and blessings for his loved ones. However, Alice's Gift has a special place in his heart and he is extremely grateful for this pleasant surprise. He took to Instagram his experience and has written a heartwarming message in the caption as '' The best start to my birthday yesterday was this!! Thank you @alicekaushikofficial for the surprise & experience. Alice organised a beautiful lunch for these kids on my birthday. We couldn't join them for the meal since we were caught up & they couldn't wait because they have to take their medications on time. But we managed to chill with them for a while post lunch & do a small cake cutting session. I was so beyond touched & emotional on seeing these beautiful kids at the desire foundation orphanage! These kids are HIV+ & the team here is doing a fab job at giving them the best of normal life out there. They all go to school & are at different stages of life! God bless them''
