MUMBAI: For actor Summit Jaiswal, stepping into the world of Ram Bhavan is not just another role—it’s a deeply personal journey, marked by a strong bond with producer Rahul Kumar Tewary.
“I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for Mr. Rahul Tewary. He didn’t just give me a role, he gave me a new identity. He will always be a defining part of my story. I carry not just gratitude but deep respect and admire him for being a mentor and someone who uplifts new talent without hesitation. Doing a second show with him is not just work, it’s a privilege and a homecoming. He is a visionary in the truest sense. His passion for storytelling and his commitment to creating meaningful content are what make working with him such an inspiring experience. It’s rare to find someone who leads with both heart and vision,” Summit says.
Describing Ram Bhavan as a show rooted in reality and emotions, he adds, “It’s not just about drama. It’s about relationships, choices, and family bonds. That’s what sets it apart.”
As an actor, he finds the experience creatively fulfilling. “It’s refreshing to be part of a world that feels so organic. Ram Bhavan doesn’t just entertain – it connects.”
Summit also expresses gratitude to the entire team behind the show. “Some projects stay close to your heart because of the people behind them. I’m thankful to the Rolling Tales team and especially Mr. Abdur Rahman for always believing in me.”
He praises the on-set camaraderie with co-stars, calling it one of the most comforting environments he’s worked in. “It feels like a second family. The chemistry we share off-camera definitely reflects on-screen.”
Recalling a fun moment during an intense hospital scene, he says, “Nilima Singh ji, who plays my mother, added a spontaneous bit of humour in a serious scene. I had to hold back my laughter until the director yelled ‘cut’—then the entire crew just lost it! I still have the BTS.”
As for what lies ahead, Summit hints at deeper emotional turns. “Sunny’s journey is about balancing love and family with quiet strength. There are emotional breakthroughs and some surprising twists coming up.”
With its honest storytelling and heartfelt moments, Ram Bhavan continues to connect with audiences across generations.
