We all know that Colors is all set to be back with season 2 of the popular social drama series Balika Vadhu.

The show's first season was a huge hit and had a good run on the small screens for many years.

We had earlier informed you that actors like Sunny Pancholi, Ketki Dave, Seema Mishra, Mehul Buch, Riddhi Nayak have been roped in for Balika Vadhu 2. Now we have an interesting scoop of information for you. 

Colors TV recently posted the promo of Balika Vadhu 2 which was an instant hit on the internet. 

Netizens flooded the post with praises for the beautiful little girl who was seen in the promotional video.  

The cute girl seen in the promo being portrayed as a 'Balika Vadhu' is Zara Khan who is the daughter of an actor and famous food blogger Mohsin Afroz Khan. 

When we stumbled upon it further we got to know that the child actor is related to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's lead actor Mohsin Khan. 

Apparently, Zara Khan is the niece of the actor and that makes her connection with him so special. 

The shoot for Balika Vadhu 2 has already begun, first, 15 days are set to be shot in Rajasthan and later in Mumbai.

The show will be bankrolled by Sphere Origins.

The previous season of Balika Vadhu saw Avika Gor and Avinash Mukherjee as Anandi and Jagya while Shashank Vyas and Pratyusha Banerjee played the grown-up Jagya and Anandi. Later, Toral Rasputra stepped into Pratyusha's shoes to play Anandi.
