MUMBAI: Another friendship in tellytown has gone kaput. Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood, who were once close friends of Vikas Guppta, are no more in talking terms with him. It's been almost a year since the couple have broken all the ties with him. Well, this piece of news definitely came as a shock to us and we called up Divya to talk about it. The actress was vocal about her decision and reveals what exactly went wrong in their equation with Vikas?

In the latest Interview with SpotboyE Divya Said "There was a time when I used to feel that he was suffering, at that time he had not opened about his sexuality. I used to feel really bad that people are misusing him for work. I tried my best to be with him and explain that we should learn to move on. But the only thing he used to discuss in return is negative about the people of what they have done. He used to suddenly call us at JW Marriott and make us wait for 2-3 hours at any hour of time. And he used to not even allow us to talk which used to make me feel frustrated at times. Also, whatever projects we chose, they used to be gibberish as per him. 

When Varun and I decided on our music video, Naam Ada Likhna, he was signed in his company Lost Boy productions. The moment we informed him about it, he started yelling at us saying, 'ye kya gana hai? kaisa label hai? How dare you agree to do it?' We said yes for the song because we liked the song, not thinking if it is big or not? Will it manage to get views? We didn't even charge for Naam Ada Likhna. Actually with time, I realised that he indirectly used me to talk against Priyank especially in Ace Of Space. When I came out of the house and saw the episodes, I realised that he abstracted things out of me to put him down. I am not saying I never had issues with Priyank, I obviously had issues but it could have been avoided in the show.

Varun used to actually see him as a mentor and obediently follwed him too. But an incident changed his mind. When I used to sit alone with Vikas, he used to tell me that never let Varun grow above you. And I was like why? So, as per him if guys get more fame they move on leaving the girl behind. In fact, he tried to get differences between us also. There were stylish awards conducted by a media portal which was monitored by Vikas Gupta and Varun received that award. I was not even part of the nomination. It was all intentionally done so that the jealousy creeps in and arguments take place. 

He tried his best to put Chetna in Ragini. Also, one more show of Varun and Chetna together. Since Ace Of Space 2 shoot experience, I stopped talking to him but he used to be in touch with Varun and through him used to try to get me involved. But these forceful friendships don't last forever. He says people have betrayed him but how is it possible that so many people betray him and he has no role in it. Even after my fallout with him, Varun was signed under his company Lost Boy. As per which he has to give 30% of the project fees to Vikas' company. Akshita, who is Varun's sister also manages him and she gets Varun all the collaborations for digital media platforms. Vikas used to just ask for the percentage and really did not help him in getting any project. 

She further added, He is a great producer and he knows how to get content viral. He is good at grooming people at work and indeed a creative person but if he uses his talent and energy in the right direction then he may be way more successful then he is now. He should stop spreading negativity.
