MUMBAI: Since the daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has taken a time leap, the loyal fans of the show have started an initiative of ending the show. Social media is a buzz with hashtags #EndYHM and the ripples have now reached to the curator of the show, Ekta Kapoor.
Ekta, recently, tweeted against the idea of ending the show. This is for the first time when the talent house has reacted to the urge of ending of her daily.
She took it to Twitter to finally give it back to the fans who were asking to shut down the show.
Kapoor did make a point when she said that instead of using the hashtag of shutting the showdown, the audience should simply stop watching it. She also humbly stated that she loves her TV audience and also takes their opinions in consideration. However, Ekta made a clear point that she and her creative team would work as per the ratings and TV norms.
What do you think of Ekta Kapoor?
Here’s what she tweeted,
For once I’ll say it my frns!Instead of hash tagging #endyhm stop watching it!!All stories will not go as u wish as an audience !! I love my tv audience I value ur opinion Bt our creatives work with ratings n tv norms! This is for show fan groups!Love n respect always https://t.co/b6YMht9kFt
