The beautiful actress Eve Grover fainted twice on the sets of SAB TV’s Gupshup Coffee Shop. Eva blames the extreme crash course of diet that she had undergone after delivering her baby of ten months to remain fit. Eva says, “I had undergone this complete crash course of diet in which I lost much as 25 kilos in just four months which was a very drastic weight loss. I did not realise that it was having certain side-effects on me as well. My hemoglobin count has dropped to a horrible count of just 7.05. My doctor got alarmed and wondered about how I could still manage to stand under that condition.” Eva adds, “Actually I had just delivered. My daughter is just 10 months old. I was just way too cautious about the extra kilos that I had put on, so I just went ignorant after shedding those extra kilos. I fainted twice on the sets of Gupshup Coffee Shop. I realised I was feeling a little weak and also as you know that after giving birth there is lot of exertion that you go through, your baby keeps you on your feet.” So is she now taking the much needed care? Eva replies, “Oh! Yes, I had gone for a complete checkup and my doctor has given me multi-vitamins and calcium tablets and now I am feeling completely alright. Now my diet includes iron-rich food-items, which will keep me fit but not fat.” This should serve as a warning for all those who are in a hurry to lose it all.
