MUMBAI : Anupamaa is ruling the screens and winning everyone’s hearts. The plot lately has kept the audience hooked and they love the chemistry of MaAn aka Anupama and Anuj. 

Adhik Mehta plays the role of Adhik and entered the show a while back. He has been playing a grey shade character initially but is now gradually turning positive. He has previously worked in television shows Bepannah Pyaar and Choti Sarrdarrni.

Adhik is quite the travel buff and Tellychakkar recently got in touch with him and got to know interesting insights about his travel diaries.

Are you a beach, mountain, or a forest person?

“I love beaches a lot.”

What are your travel essentials?

“My travel essentials are just my pajamas and slippers. I would love to be comfortable. I can wear them anytime and even go on a date wearing pajamas. ”

If you ever win a lottery, where would you like to travel?

“If I win the lottery, I would love to go to Switzerland.”

Do you prefer a window seat or an aisle one and why?

“I prefer a window seat because the beautiful views amongst the clouds that you get are a treat.”

Are you a solo traveler or do you like company?

“I have never travelled solo. I have always travelled with company, mostly my school friends. It is really fun. I have never tried the solo travel but would love to some time.”

Do you have an embarrassing travel story?

“I don’t have an embarrassing travel story but once it happened that my friends and I were thrown out of a restaurant for creating a ruckus. We were teens and it was one of my friend’s birthday. The cake cutting was taking place and they started putting the cake on everyone. After that, we were thrown out of the restaurant.”

What would you say is your most expensive trip?

“I don't do any expensive trips because I don’t like to spend much for a trip when I have the option to explore at more feasible prices. I have never travelled in business class or booked a 5-star hotel. I like to travel in a feasible way.”

Where do you feel most at home?

“I feel most at home in Delhi with my family. I haven’t gotten a chance to go there in two years. I was supposed to go there a couple of years back when I was doing Choti Sarrdaarni but couldn’t get the time. Now with Anupamaa as well, I am unable to find the time.”
