MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with yet another interesting update from the world of television.

We all know that as the new year has kickstarted a few days ago, many shows are in the pipeline. Colors TV is coming up with a new show titled Fanaa, and viewers can't contain their excitement.
Fanaa's story will revolve around three characters, that is, Ishan, Pakhi, and Agasthya, and how the dynamics change with several twists and turns. Starring Reem Shaikh, Zain Imam and Akshit Sukhija in the lead roles.
We got in touch with Agastya aka Zain Imam to know about the show, his character and more, check out what he had to share:
You have a hatke character in the show, what would you like to share about it?
Yes, it is quite hatke, I take up shows that are actually quite promising and exciting. It keeps the audience hooked. My character is Agastya Raichand, who is deeply and madly in love with Paakhi, he could go to any extent to get his love. He can be obsessive, possessive, sweet, childlike anything. He has all shades to his character from being positive to negative in flip seconds.
Have you personally experienced such crazy love?
Not to this extent, But with Agastya, he has no limits, it is a crazy obsessive love but we aren't promoting the negative side, we don't want anybody to get inspired by it. Apart from his madness, he is quite a lovable character and he has a lot of shades to offer.
What was the most challenging part of doing the character?
I am not like Agastya, it may be a little, but I don't relate to it. The character has some superhuman powers, he can suppress anyone with his money and status. He can do anything for his love, but he is respectful and lovable. The audience would love, hate, sympathise and all mixed emotions with him. He has some great scenes with his grandmom. His bond with his dadi is something to watch for, she has been his guardian since childhood so yes, there shall be an interesting back story about it too.
The show is all set to launch on 31st January.
