MUMBAI: Twinkle Vashisht is a fine actress.
She has been a part of Kundali Bhagya for quite a while now playing the role of Kritika and we see her charming the audience with her character. Off the screens too Twinkle is quite a diva in real life and in an exclusive conversation with Twinkle, we spoke at length about her journey into acting, her style statements, personal favourites among many other things.
If not an actor what profession would you be in?
I am an actor and also manage my family business online, so an actor and a businesswoman both getting into my parents shoe, but I know my family would make me a doctor or something because I had great scores in National level and state level, everybody thought of me as a studious kid and plus I studied computers too , so I know ethical hacking and these areas are open for me so I would have been anywhere there. Speaking of your character, Kritika has confused feelings for Prithvi while him taking advantage of her, so what is your opinion on Kritika’s character?
Everybody says that, Kritika is completely dumb or nice, I wouldn’t call it dumb or nice and look and things from her point of view and if you minus the bad from the show people are trying to harm her, she knows people intentions, she took a stand for Sheryln, she slapped her she made her understand and recently we shot a scene where I cry and I tried to give my best to not to break the relations, she is not giving up on anybody , she hasn’t given up on Sheryln, Akshit, for me she is somebody who doesn’t give up on people , infact it’s a hell lot of strength to be naive and I would say she sees good in people and we need more people like her and she is smart but people take advantage of her niceness and she should take stand for herself.
Speaking of, your style is very nice so what do you have to say about monsoon style to people?
During summers and monsoon there is humid climate so I would suggest people that shorts are your best friend, and if not that then tracks, they are in trend right now, because I don’t think there is much you can do when it’s raining and you are wet the moment you step out, good sandals, good pair of shorts teamed up with loose oversized tees you can tie them up or you can just wear a crop top, it always looks cool and is a go to style.
