MUMBAI: Avinash Mishra has come a long way in his career.
Having done a plethora of television shows, Avinash has worked towards building a chiselled physique for his future projects.
In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Avinash said, “I’ve actually gained weight, I’ve gained muscle actually and not fat. The last show was challenging for me where I had to lose 10 kgs but unfortunately, that didn’t work out and that show went off in like three and a half months so now is the time I need to get back into shape. I thought I need to bulk up. Actually, I am a very gym freak. I used to keep changing my workout and do more of a cardio and not weight training but as off I am more into the OTT space these days. I am following a special diet right now and the training has been really intense. Three months are enough to make a transformation.”
Avinash has earlier been seen in shows such as Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke and his last stint was with Durga.
