Star Plus’s popular daily soap Yeh Hai Chahatein is gearing up for interesting twists and dramas. We got in touch with Bunty aka Nitin Bhatia to know about his character, bond and more. Check out what the actor had to share:
How has the journey been with Yeh Hai Chahatein?
The journey has been great, my character changing shades was completely unexpected. As we talk about the show, the only support system of Rudra was me and now when I turn negative, I was taken aback first but then the track was quite exciting as it had shades of threatening when I attack Preesha and Rudra intervenes and then it turned into revenge. Now, it is quite exciting as the shades for Bunty keeps changing.
As an actor, what kind of characters do you look out for?
From the last two years, when I started shooting for YHC, I explored with characters and it gave me massive exposure. Bunty was a good guy, then I did Mandar for Bhakharwadi, he was a bhondu guy, he had this patent dialogue 4 paisa and then His Story happened and that unveiled a completely different shade. He was homophobic and he even went to an extent where he tries to kill his boyfriend. He was a brat who wasn't able to accept the truth. This only made me grow my acting graph.
Now, what are you planning to pick on?
I am going with the flow honestly, I don't know what will be my next project. As an actor, we all want to explore but in the end, it is the audience who must accept me in such characters too.
