MUMBAI: Star Plus' popular show Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey is winning the hearts of the masses. The show is being spoken about a lot. The pairing of Yesha Rughani and Manan Joshi is quite fresh, and the storyline brings back memories of the '90s. The two play the roles of lead characters Gungun and Abhinav respectively. The family looks fun-loving with characters who love music and cricket. The show is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali language show Khorkuto.
We got in touch with the gorgeous Akriti to know about her reaction to the current track of the show, wedding preparations on set for Anubhav and Akriti, and more, check out what she had to share:
Your character has taken a major shift, how are you enjoying it?
It's always interesting and challenging to play a new character. It's challenging and was a bit unnerving for a few days because I wasn't prepared for a new dimension. But like I always say, acting is just imitating life and life is unpredictable. And I love surprises and the unexpected.
Now that it is unfolded that there shall be wedding drama for Akriti and Anubhav too, have you done any preparations for that?
Things have unfolded so quickly for me in the story, I am quite taken aback. My team is preparing costumes and jewellery. I guess now that Akriti is marrying Anubhav, he has more preparation to do than I!
Fans have been dying to see Akriti reunite with her mother, do you think fans will get that treat?
If i tell you, it wouldn't remain a treat, will it?
