MUMBAI : Zeeshan Khan is a Hindi television actor known for his role as Aryan Khanna in the Hindi television serial Kumkum Bhagya. In the year 2015, he got a chance to feature with Aly Goni, Vaibhav Roy, Sritama Mukherjee in the serial Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan.
After this, he played the character of Jhonti Sharma in Sony TV’s serial Parvarish Season 2. After playing many small and memorable roles in serials, he got an opportunity to work in Ekta Kapoor’s hit TV serial Kumkum Bhagya which he capitalized on very well. He was also a part of Bigg Boss OTT.
Tellychakkar recently got in touch with Zeeshan and got to know his thoughts about Bigg Boss 16and if he would be a part of Lock Upp 2.
How do you feel about the new season of Bigg Boss and who are the top five contestants according to you?
“I was shocked to see when the fight about chicken arose in the Bigg Boss house. During our season, we did not get non-vegetarian food at all. We used to get eggs and that also we had a couple of them a day. I feel Priyanka is playing a very sly and cunning game that everyone can see. I think Tina was playing well but lately, I feel she is a little distracted due to Shalin’s influence. For me, the top five contestants include Tina, Abdu, MC Stan, Shiv, and Ankit.”
What do you have to say about Archana and Shiv’s fight?
“I heard about Archana raising her hand on Shiv and she was brought back on the game. I was also hit by someone during my season, I had not even raised my hand over someone. But what happened to me is done now, be it unfair. I feel now, they are portraying fairness so that is good. But I have moved on from whatever happened and onto better things.”
Do you feel Sajid Khan deserves to stay in the game?
“I feel Sajid Khan deserves to stay in the house. Everyone keeps breaking the rules in the house; I don’t think Sajid Khan breaking the rules of the house is such a big deal. But I think, outside the house, people are accusing the makers of the show of how they could take someone like him. I understand what he did was absolutely wrong but that is in the past now, that guy has changed ever since it all happened. I feel if someone has done something wrong and if you don’t give that person a chance to change and just tag him because of that mistake, how will it work? Everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves that they have changed for the better. So I feel he deserves to be there just as much as everyone else.”
Would you be a part of Lock Upp season 2?
“Now, I won’t go as a contestant in Lock Upp or even Bigg Boss for that matter. I would love to do Khatron Ke Khiladi if I get a chance. Apart from that, I wouldn’t want to do these locked-up-in-a-house reality shows.”
