Find out how Drishyam actor Rishab Chadha keeps his creativity alive during this lockdown

MUMBAI: Rishab started his career 13 years back with Zee Tv’s ‘Aladdin’ in 2007 and since then there is no looking back for this young and talented actor. Since then he has worked in multiple Tv shows and web series like Best of Lucky Nikki, the suite life of Karan & Kabir, Aadat se Majboor, Shadi boys, Bootpurva and many more which made him a popular face in every household.

“It was my mother’s dream to see me on screen and I’m glad I could fulfill it. I did not join any acting class though I did theatre for 3 years and I believe that’s where I learnt a lot from.” said the actor who was even apart of UTV Bindass’s Kota Toppers.

In 2014, Rishab ventured into the field of film with Sonam Kapoor starrer ‘Khoobsurat’ and later was even seen in movies like Drishyam, Lupt and Loev.

With the lockdown in our country, the actor is experimenting with a mini series titled ‘LoveLochaLockdown’ which is a mini-series with light hearted content but a powerful message, “With LoveLochaLockdown I wanted to depict the kind of conversation we have with ourselves also I am including my take on situations people might be going through given the current situations” explained Rishab.

“I have already begun writing and also learnt the basics of editing and shooting in order to create LoveLochaLockdown. I feel humour is a good way in spreading a powerful message and I miss being in front of the camera so I thought why not create something from scratch.” added Rishab.

Rishab’s latest stellar work includes Voot’s recent web series ‘Illegal’ in which he worked alongside actors like Neha Sharma, Piyush Mishra and Akshay Oberoi.
