From front to behind the lens: Varun Khandelwal exploring new skills

The actor is keen to try new things apart from acting...

It’s always good to explore new things!!!

Wondering why do we say so?

Well, talented actor Varun Khandelwal, who was last seen on popular shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and many more, is currently missing from the TV screen as he is busy exploring his new skills.

He has turned a line producer with Esselvision and is currently doing a promo shoot for &TV’s newly launched mythological series Parmavtar Shri Krishna.

Sounds cool! Isn’t it?

When we contacted Varun, he told us, “I was introduced to the company by one of my friends. I have independently produced a web series as an independent producer before this and it’s my first stint with a GEC. It’s an experience for me where I want to grow more and master myself in terms of production. I don’t want to sit at home and waste my time. I want to learn more things. If I plan to turn a producer in future then my homework is done!”

“I am handling the promo division here and I am having a blast. Interestingly, I am working with people with whom Ihave earlier worked as an actor,” he added.

And, what about his acting career? He replied, “Right now I am concentrating more on festival films. I am looking forward to do a good project on TV. I am done playing a brother and I want to grow more as an actor.”

Keep up the good work, Varun!
