Gajendra Singh's debut fiction show on Sahara One

Gajendra Singh who has made a mark as a producer of music reality, talent hunts and formats such as Antakshari and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is back. However, this time he will be trying his hand in the fiction genre. Yes, you heard it right, Gajendra Singh is making his first fiction show for Sahara One. Says a source close to the producer: “The show is about two sisters who get separated in childhood. Their parents decide to take one of their daughters along with them to London and let the other daughter be in India with close relatives.” The source adds further, “After many years, both the sisters will finally meet and their life changes after; that is what the story is all about. The casting for the show is on and the production house is planning to cast some popular faces.” Tellychakkar.com spoke to Suresh Mishra, Assistant Director (Worker) Sahara who confirmed the news and said, “Yes, he is a making a show for us and the casting is still on. We are planning to launch the show in January or February 2012.”
