Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin fame Harshad Arora responds to co-star Preetika Rao’s ‘womenizer’ claim

MUMBAI: Actress Preetika Rao starred with Harshad Arora in the 2013 popular show Beintehaa. The audience used to love their on-screen pairing but it seems like things are not that great off-screen.

Earlier, there were reports about an Instagram user was posting some romantic videos of Preetika and Harshad from the show but Preetika Rao was against it and also texted the user to stop posting such videos as she is not happy with it but there’s more to the story.

Reportedly, Preetika Rao, sister of Hindi movie actress Amrita Rao, was not happy with the videos as she does’t want to be associated with Harshad Arora and in her chats with the Instagram user, she has also called him a womenizer.

As per the texts, Preetika Rao said, “Shame on you! For putting these videos on your page when I have repeatedly requested you not to post my videos with a man who sleeps with every woman he finds in the industry! (sic)”

She further added, “Pls note: You are doing something AGAINST THE WISH of my soul! The KARMA is yours!!! Face it! (sic),”

Preetika pointed out, “In Beintehaa, out of 95% of no touch & we had 5% of such scenes and you are blasting this all throughout against my wishes! SHAME on YOU! Mark my words you are taking upon yourself a very serious karma! (sic).”

Now, in response to Preetika, Harshad Arora opened up in an interview, expressing his shock and disappointment for what Preetika had said.

As per TOI reports, in an interview, Harshad Arora said, “I’m not sure why she would say something like that, whether it’s for publicity or attention," Harshad said. "It’s so irrelevant because it’s been so many years, and out of nowhere, why would you write such a thing?"
Harshad mentioned their professional relationship during the show despite not getting along personally. "We didn’t get along during the shoot, but we were always professional."

The actor also expressed his disappointment over Preetika's comments, especially since he had never spoken about her negatively in public. "I’ve never spoken about her personally in public, so I’m surprised and disappointed by such a derogatory statement.”

When talking about Beintehaa, other than Harshad Arora and Preetika Rao, the show also starred Shivangi Joshi, Suchitra Pillai, Naved Aslam and many more.
