Aamna Saamna Investigative, on Colors, is a show that has managed to find a footing amongst masses. The amount of production work and effort that goes in the making of every episode is tremendous. In a conversation with Gunjan Utreja, the anchor tells us about his recent experience while shooting for the show. “Well, I was in Chandigarh shooting but as of now, have taken a little break and have come to my home town as I injured my foot while shooting for a scene.” “It so happened that I had to simply run and adjust the wire when my leg got tangled in it. Without knowing to de-tangle myself, I fell down and sustained a foot injury. But, knowing well that I have to shoot as per the scene’s demands, I did continue shooting. But, now it’s more of a studio-based scene rather than one on location. This will require me to jump and hop a lot.” He continues, “But the doctor has advised me to be on bed rest. And I am resting after I completed my bank of episodes. Now I shall soon be back from my hometown and resume shooting. As of now I am on the recovery path and will start shooting in a few days.” On an ending note, Gunjan shared, “While it is fun to shoot an investigative serial as it’s a very unique platform for the exposure of my qualities of anchoring and acting. As for the show, it will carry on for another three months until we get an extension.” Here's wishing Gunjan a speedy recovery.
