I think the respect and gratitude towards them should not be limited to a day. But, I think we need to be a lot more graceful towards doctors. And certain instances happened in the past should really not repeat towards a profession that is committed to saving people's lives.”
On the other hand, she also spoke about the taboo surrounding the menstrual leave where she had earlier said that women should not be compelled to work under any unfavourable circumstances, and they should go ahead and apply for leave if they feel like.
