Here’s why Star Plus' Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke is going off-air

Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke is set to go off-air.

MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with breaking news from the world of television. Here’s sad news for all the diehard fans of Star Plus' popular TV drama series Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke. The show is set to go off-air. Yes, that’s right!

As per sources, "The show which aired at 9 PM time slot from Monday to Friday has been shifted to a different slot. Though the new time slot has not been revealed yet, this is one of the reasons behind the show going off-air. Also, the viewers might apparently lose interest due to the change in the time slot." 

Reportedly, the show will air its last episode by this month-end. Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke had a successful run for almost one and a half years but the TRP rating of the show has fluctuated post lockdown.

The show will be replaced by Saath Nibhana Saathiya's season 2. 

While no fixed date has been revealed yet but it is confirmed that the show is going off-air.

Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke stars Shaheer Sheikh, Rhea Sharma, Avinash Mishra, Kaveri Piryam in the lead roles.
