MUMBAI: "Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai" fame Subuhii Joshii turned a year older on October 29. But even during the Coronavirus pandemic, her friends made sure to make her feel special on her big day.
The young actress said, "It was my first party in a club post the lockdown. It was special because we all were stuck at home during the lockdown, and this was the first time that we all went out together. It was also special because a few of my friends flew down from Aurangabad and Nashik just for my birthday."
The celebration was attended by Ali Merchant, Samaksh Sudi, Hiten Paintal, Dimple Chawla, Tanmay Joshi (brother), Ashi Singh, Atul Verma, Meenu Joshi (mother), Madhushree Sharma, Rehan Shah, and Amandeep Sidhu.
Subuhii and her friends took all the necessary precautions while partying. She said, "We all went with our masks on but of course when we were eating and drinking we had to take them off. We were sanitising our hands regularly, and even the venue was properly sanitised."
She, however, confessed that she missed her last year's birthday celebration because a few of her friends were missing this year.
"I missed my last year's birthday party so much because some of my really close friends weren't there at this party, as many of them have shifted back to their hometowns because of COVID. I really missed them," Subuhii signed off.
