Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director’s Kut) completed five glorious years of airing and yesterday there was a party thrown by the show’s leading lady Hina Khan (aka Akshara), who played a perfect host for the night. She looked ravishing in a black lace gown and welcomed guests with her beautiful smile. The invitees for the night were Yeh Rishta’s cast and crew, Hina’s family members and people associated with Director’s Kut Productions. All the attendees looked gleeful and went into nostalgia and revived their old memories. We spoke to gorgeous Hina who said, “Well, this was the first time I hosted any party and I really enjoyed it. This is the first time that Rajan sir’s previous and current show cast came together to party and wished us on our achievement.” Yeh Rishta… has created bench mark by completing five years, her thoughts on it? “I have always said and here also I will mention that it wouldn’t have been possible without Rajan sir. It feels honoured to be part of this show. I would also thank my fans for loving me. We owe it to all of you.” We wish the entire team of Yeh Rishta… heartiest congratulations!!!
