MUMBAI : Shubhangi Atre is not a new name to the industry, but she became a household name with her portrayal as Angoori Bhabhi in Edit II's "Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!". The actress says she spent the lockdown watching her popular show.
"I spent the lockdown watching 'Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!'. That was the biggest stress buster as the channel used to show it the whole day. I would watch the show and think where we made mistakes. Also, there were so many other options which kept people engaged such as movies, songs, web platforms like Amazon, Netflix, etc," she said.
"There were so many other things to do that one could have never gotten bored, like cleaning, reading books, listening to songs, yoga and meditation, etc. There were a lot many ways to pass time," she added.
Shubhangi shared that as soon as the lockdown was announced she locked herself up along with her husband and daughter in their house and no one was coming in or going out of the house.
“Me, my hubby Peeyush and my daughter Aashi were locked in our home. Either me or my husband would go down to get necessary stuff. There were no maids in the house, we gave a leave to our maid and cook. And it was just us three at home,” she said.
