I find painting and photography thoroughly refreshing - Mansi Srivastava

We have seen the cute and bubbly Mansi Srivastava, entertain us as the female lead Shivani opposite actor Arhaan Behll in the show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se on Zee TV. While, Mansi was fond of acting from childhood, it was natural for her to pursue acting as a career. But little did we know that apart from acting, Mansi also loves painting landscape images and portraits and clicking faces through her exquisite photography skills. In a conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Mansi shares about this passion of hers. She avers, “Well, I cannot paint on my sets, but during my break I get from shooting, I quickly pull out my camera and go clicking pictures of people on the sets of my show. I try clicking atypical expressions and then edit them once I am home.” So why did she not take one of the two (painting or photography) as career alternatives? She observes, “Painting and photography are my hobbies. I am extremely passionate about acting and wanted to see myself as an established actor. My hobbies de-stress me. When I have a fight or I am not in a good mood, my hobbies are my savior and I find both painting and photography thoroughly refreshing.” That’s quite a lot of talent Mansi!!
