MUMBAI: Actress Jasmin Bhasin has played varied roles on the small screen. She started her career with Zee TV’s Tashan-e-Ishq and was later seen in Colors’ Dil Se Dil Tak, Star Plus’ Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji and was last seen in Colors’ Naagin 4.
In a conversation with us, we asked Jasmin which show happens to be close to heart, she replied, “If you see all my shows, the characters have been very different. I have been lucky to not got stereotyped and got the opportunity to explore different roles on TV. Hence, all the shows are very close to me but still if I have to choose it will be Tashan-e-Ishq as it was my first show. For an actor their first show will always remain special. Also, Dil Se Dil Tak is also very close to my heart as I grew as an actor while playing Teni’s role. Every scene was written so well that I developed attachment with that character.”
She added, “In my actual life as well I connect with my role of Teni as she was ambitious and she knew how far she had to go in life keeping her boundaries.”
