MUMBAI: Rajeshwari has been working in films and TV shows for many years now. The actress is happily married to Varun Badola who is also a well-known face on television.

She is currently seen as Kusum in Star Plus' show Shaadi Mubarak.

There were recently headlines about her not being a part of the show. Tellychakkar.com got in touch with the actress to know more about her experience and her journey. Rajeshwari shared, “I have not quit Shaadi Mubarak. I am on a break and shall resume. There is a certain way the show started and for now it is time for Rati’s (Pandey) character to take charge. There is a time when certain characters do not have a track but that does not mean that they quit. Manav and I are extremely good friends and we have known each other from a long time. He has a good knowledge about his craft and I feel he is a wonderful actor. I enjoy working with him.

When asked about her character, Rajeshwari shared, “I find Kusum to be a very serious character and very attuned to life. She was not thrown off track due to situations and she was a stable woman. That is why she had a sense of humour. She was a very practical and grounded woman. ”
