Instead of participating, I would like to host reality shows: Karan V Grover

A page from the personal diary of Karan V Grover Hello everyone, this is Karan V Grover on the other side who you know as Ranchod Tiwari from my previous show Yahan Mein Ghar Ghar Kheli on Zee TV. Born and raised in Mumbai, I stay with my parents and younger brother here. After completing my schooling, I did my chemical engineering from the Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Later, I did an event management course from NIEM (National Institute of Event Management). Before entering the television industry, I worked for a year with Omang Kumar's Event management company. While doing events, I felt that I should come in front of camera. To fulfill my wish, I participated in the Gladrags manhunt contest in 2004, where I was amongst the top five finalists. Later, for one and half years, I was a VJ with Zee Music. But, I wasn’t satisfied and wanted to do something different and explore myself. One day, I came to know about Star Plus upcoming show through one of my friend. So I gave the audition and got selected as the male protagonist Arjun Goenka in Saarrthi. And after that show, there was no looking back for me and I become very solemn about acting. After Saarrthi, I did many shows like Meri Awaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni, Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli and recently you also saw me in Star Plus’s episodic Teri Meri Love Stories and Lakhon Mein Ek. I also did a dance reality show Nach Baliye 3. But in future, instead of participating, I would like to host reality shows. Talking about my journey, I think it has been very good. Luckily, since I have born in Mumbai, haven’t faced problems like staying away from my parents, looking out for myself among many other things. And being an actor, evolving and struggling have become a part of my life. One should keep adding and subtracting things from themselves so that people can accept him in all the characters. On the personal front, I am a simple and straight forward kind of a person. I do nothing to unwind myself but to sit near a window for hours together. I like to read and am a big time television and movie buff. So, folks, this is my journey in nutshell. I would like to thank my fans for loving and supporting me for all these years.
