Yesterday on the actor’s birthday, his wife flew down for a week to surprise him. “She told me that she won’t be able to come due to work but then she planned things for me. I was so happy to see her when I got back home and I think nothing would have made me happy on my birthday if she wouldn’t have been there for me,” says the Aggar Tum Na Hote actor.

He further adds, “With the on-going pandemic travel restrictions, she has not been able to visit on several occasions. We have had our shares of virtual celebrations but at the end of the day, when we think that it is for our better future then somehow we have to give up. I have now realised that how much she means to me and how much I miss her presence in my life. It is really true what they say that distance makes the heart grow fonder. And for us managing time in two different continents is a task sometimes, sometimes she has to wake up early and sometimes I have to stay up till late.”

On the other hand, Sheetal says that she is completely dependent on Himanshu for many things. “There are times when I get emotional and the loneliness hits me hard but then he is there to comfort me virtually. Many people say that husbands are completely dependent on their wives but in our case it is different. He is so super organised and disciplined that I don’t have to worry about anything when he is around. But now when I have to do everything on my own I am really feel lost sometimes,” she says.
