Singer and actor Kanishka Soni is certainly on road to stardom, with her knocking the doors of Bollywood with her singing prowess.
Yes, the actor who is presently seen playing Rani Sumitra in Sony TV’s Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman has got her first playback assignment on the big screen.
The makers of the Shilpa Shukla starrer B.A. Pass are now making another movie titled M.A. Pass. And Kanishka will be singing a number for the movie.
Titled ‘Banhane Zindagi Ne’, Kanishka will sing the female version of the track. Harish Moyal of Indian Idol fame has sung the male version of the song.
Incidentally, Kanishka has another reason to smile!! Soon her track in Sony TV’s Hanuman will gain focus with the focus shifting yet again to Ramayan. This time around, the story will revolve around the ‘Vanvaas’ phase of the Pandavas.
When contacted, Kanishka was thrilled and shared, “Yes, I am thrilled to get this singing break in Bollywood. This will indeed boost my career as a singer. I am thankful to Narendra Sir, Producer of the movie. Also as an actor, I will be back in Hanuman.”
Here’s wishing Kanishka all the very best.
