Karan Goddwani to don a female avatar in SAB TV's Jeannie Aur Juju

With Christmas not far away, the upcoming episode of Jeannie Aur Juju (Garima Productions) will celebrate the festivity with much fervour. In the upcoming episode of the show, Karan Goddwani, the hero of Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal (Colors), who has been a part of this show playing cameo roles every now and then, will this time around don a female avatar The drama will revolve around Priya (Navina Bole) wanting to hire a personal secretary for herself. Johnny (Karan), will dress up as a girl Jolly and will be appointed as Priya’s personal assistant. While Vicky (Ali Asgar) will plan to celebrate Christmas at home with Jeannie (Rubina Dilaik), Priya, Vella (Harsh Khurana), Jolly and her funny histrionics will prove to be a rib-tickler. Vella will try to flirt with Jolly (Johnny) while Vicky will have a strong doubt about Jolly being Johnny. When we contacted Karan Goddwani, he confirmed the same and expressed his thoughts on playing a woman. “Playing a woman is not at all easy. To carry that outfit and act in it throughout is difficult and I really wonder how women carry themselves around on a daily basis and at the same time be aware of their mannerisms of the way they sit and walk. But I chose to do this role as it makes me more versatile as an actor,” he avers. On the roles he would like to experiment with at a later stage, the talented actor observes, “I have done a negative role and comic one too. I am comfortable doing both and enjoy enacting them but I am really looking forward to an opportunity where I can experiment with an intense romantic character.” Way to go Karan!!!
