Pretty actress Aditi Sharma, who is popularly known for essaying the role of Ahana on Colors' popular Kasam (Balaji Telefilms), is on cloud nine these days.
The actress is all set for her real life wedding which is going to happen on December 12 in Hyderabad with actor Sundip Ved. In a conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Aditi shared her excitement about her wedding.
An elated Aditi told us, "I am pretty much excited about my wedding. The whole thought of actually getting married is quite exciting. My fiance and I are together since the past eight years so our behaviour is just like a married couple."
When we asked Aditi that how she is taking time out for preparations amidst shooting, she shared, "It will sound funny but the fact is whenever my parents come down to Mumbai for shopping, I am busy shooting and I get an off when they leave (chuckles). So, whenever I get an off from the shoot, I rush to shop. My whole day goes either in shooting or shopping. It’s a hectic time for me."
Going ahead with our interaction with Aditi, we also asked her about her association with Kasam and her role.
She commented, "The experience has been great. It’s my first daily show. Ahana and I have a couple of similarities. Though I am not short tempered as Ahana. This is the only major difference (laughs). It’s been an amazing experience and I am blessed to have such great co actors.”
“I used to have most of my scenes with Kratika (Sengar) initially and it’s so much fun to work with her. We keep pulling everyone's leg on the set, we talk a lot and joke around. She is not like Tanu in real life. She is a mastikhor like me so I have a great time with her. We all share an amazing bond with one other that's why the scenes come out so well. We all are like a family. Vibha mam is just like a mother to me. She fills the space of my Mom when I am living in Mumbai away from her," she added.
Before her debut with the daily soap Kasam, Aditi has been a part of episodic series like Gumrah and The Secret Diaries.
We asked her whether she feels shooting for a daily soap tiring as an actor. She told us, "You get physically exhausted when you shoot for 15-20 days at a stretch. This is when your body asks for rest but when you have a great team to work with then you don't realize how quickly time flies."
Talking about the roles that Aditi would like to play in future, she shared, "Every character, whether a negative or a positive, has its own beauty. I would like to play a grey shaded role in future because I feel playing negative as well as positive role is a challenge."
We wish Aditi all the best and congratulate her for stepping into a new life!
