Kunal Thakkur turns ‘anchor’ for the musical event, Live in Concert with Himesh Reshammiya…

TV actor Kunal Thakkur of Bandini fame who was last seen in the movie ‘The Expose’ recently returned to his first love of being on stage. Well, the man who has a great association with music director turned producer Himesh Reshammiya was called by the man to anchor his musical show ‘Live in Concert with Himesh Reshammiya’ at Auckland and Fiji. Kunal who has recently done lead episodic roles in CID, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Yeh Hai Aashiqui also shared the stage with his actress wife Namrata Ramsay for the first time. As we know, Namrata is best known for her roles in TV shows, Parvarish, Bani Ishq Da Kalma. When contacted, Kunal told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, it was a fabulous experience anchoring the Himesh Reshammiya event. In fact, he had first seen him in my play Holi, post which he offered me his movie The Expose. Being aware of my good stage presence, he wanted me to anchor his live show at Auckland and Fiji. Also, I shared screen space for the first time with my wife, and it was a good feeling. I have never worked with her before. It was an amazing experience interacting with the live audience.
