Dheeraj's character Karan has many amazing qualities which is one of the reasons why fans have showered so much love on him.
When asked if he is similar to Karan, the actor said, "There is hardly any difference between Karan and Dheeraj."
Karan who plays the role of a cricketer in the show says that he used to play cricket in his school days and was also a captain. This is one of the reasons the body language comes so naturally to him.
Dheeraj further added, "Karan is like me. I hardly act like Karan Luthra and that is what got me closer to people's hearts. This is all natural. Being Karan Luthra is the best thing that has happened to me."
