This weekend with Terence Lewis’ contestant Kunwar Amarjeet out of the show, Lewis and Remo D’Souza will now be left with one contestant each in <em>Dance India Dance 2</em>. Kunwar bid goodbye to the show leaving Shakti Mohan, touted as one of the strong contenders from Lewis’ team to win the crown. This time there was a direct elimination after the performances and there were no two contestants in the danger zone. Kunwar was eliminated owing to lack of votes. Dancing diva Helen was the celebrity guest of the show.

Our source informs, “Kunwar has been eliminated from the show, as he couldn’t bag enough votes. Yet again, Dharmesh Yelande bagged the highest number of votes and Shakti stood second. The celebrity guest was yesteryear dancing star Helen. She was all praises for the talented contestants of the show and even performed on her super-hit song Yeh mera dil pyar ka deewana from the movie Don. Helen had expressed the desire to meet the evicted contestant Saajan as she appreciates him as a dancer. And we had called Saajan to meet her. He was overwhelmed and his happiness knew no bounds when he realised Helen wanted to meet him.”
The elimination will air this Friday on Zee TV at 9.30 pm.
