MUMBAI: In the midst of the lockdown, the entertainment industry is facing a tough time too with shooting coming to a standstill, a lot of crew members finding it difficult to pull through the joblessness and actors coming on record to complain about payment issues.
TellyChakkar recently broke the news about Zee TV’s Hamari Bahu Silk actors facing non-payment issues. The news has grabbed attention due to some of the show's cast members threat of resorting to committing suicide if they are not given their pending dues, especially in such testing situations when the whole world is facing financial crisis due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.

While there are actors who are cringing and requesting the producers to clear their dues, there are also some actors who feel blessed to work with their respective production houses. Actor Kushal Tandon is lucky enough that the production houses he has worked with have not let him down and have always paid his deserved money. The actor also added that it is wrong to blame producers and that fake allegations should be put to a halt.
