Purab Kohli who debuted as a host on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is no longer part of it. The actor who was seen in movies like Rock On has quit the show owing to movie commitments.
A source says, “Purab will no longer be hosting it. He has a film coming up and is playing an important character in it. He has had date issues which is why he could not continue. Manish Paul, who was seen hosting the show for the past two weeks, will now be replacing him.
“In any case, the channel was not very happy with Purab’s anchoring and felt Manish would make a better host.”
We tried getting through to Purab and Manish but they remained unavailable for comment.
