MUMBAI: Ayesha Singh became a household name for her role Sai Virat Chavan in Star Plus' hit drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.
The actress was paired opposite Neil Bhatt in the show and their on-screen jodi became a huge hit among the viewers.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin then took a generation leap in 2023 with the old cast making an exit.
Sai and Virat's characters were shown dead while the other actors were no longer a part of the show.
Ever since then, Ayesha was away from small screens and she was on a break where she went to spend some time with her family.
These days she is making headlines as she will be seen in COLORS upcoming show Mannat where she plays the lead role.
She would be paired opposite Adnan Khan and the audience are excited to see this fresh pair on screen.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Ayesha and asked her about her bond with Adnan Khan.
To which the actress said, 'I didn't know Adnan before, but I'd heard he's a great actor, and his previous show was quite successful and popular on social media. The ice was broken when we started shooting, taking readings, and so on. We recently shot in Delhi, and the group gets along well with one another on outdoor shoots, so bonding occurred there. Adnan is a foodie, thus he stayed only to eat food. He is a big foodie, and we're slowly getting to know each other’
Well, this is the first time that Ayesha Singh and Adnan Khan are working together and the fans are excited to see them together.
